Configuration connect error message to warning message
The system is showing an error in PO creation time.
Opened payment budget for Fiscal year 2024 in FMIR T Code.

Enter IDPL
Click on new entries.
Enter the details and click on save.
Previously, on the QA server, this was not an error; it was a warning message. Need to change warning.
Please follow the below path and change to Warning.
